Lee County Beats Triton 41-7, Now 7-0, 1-0

The Lee County Yellow Jackets held Triton to minus 7 yards of total offense in the 2nd half and won their Tri-County 3A Conference opener 41-7 over the Triton Hawks.   Lee County rolled up 495 yards of offense in the win with 227 on the ground and 268 passing for the night.   AJ Boulware finished with 132 yards on 21 carries and Colin Johnson finished the game 17 of 33 passing for Lee County, but it was the Jacket defense that controlled the game.   Triton entered the game leading the Tri-County 3A in rushing with just over 315 yards on the ground per game but finished the night with 42 carries for 97 yards.   Lee County improves to 7-0, 1-0 while Triton drops to 2-5 and 0-1.
