UPines Volleyball Nets Coach 100th Win

Lady Vikings Volleyball rolled through 3 sets to defeat Asheboro Thursday in a non-conference matchup 25-10, 25-17, and 25-15. Union Pines improves to 2-0 on the season and gave Coach Toni Douglas-Boney her 100th win as Head Coach at Union Pines.

Viking leaders were Gianna Silvestri with 11 kills, 6 digs: Ali Polidori with 10 digs, 7 assists; Morgan Prots 10 digs, 6 aces; Alex Adair 7 digs, 5 kills, 4 aces, Emma Vacha 4 blocks. Union Pines volleyball is on the road Monday at Hoke County.
